The Cyprus Network for Youth Development is bringing together organizations and individuals from all over Cyprus with the mission to encourage initiatives that address the needs of young people throughout the island, seeking to inspire and energize them to create a peaceful, sustainable Cyprus. Our goal is to support and promote communication, actions and relationships that motivate, empower and engage children and youth to be active citizens.

Our Vision:

A peaceful, sustainable multicultural Cyprus, made up of aware and active citizens, unified in spirit and actions.

Our Objectives:

To provide the youth of Cyprus with an open forum to voice their needs and concerns to the wider public.

To create intercultural bridges, organizing and supporting joint activities that reach out to younger generations, around key issues such as peace-building, environment and human rights, addressing either the youth sector directly or those engaged in working with young people (e.g. trainers, facilitators, leaders).

To provide mutual support for activities that encourage the exchange of information, experience and ideas amongst network members through local and international networking

To raise awareness, through dissemination, public relations and lobbying activities, of the network, its aims, its activities and the common concerns of its members, among political spheres, authorities, youth-related NGOs in Cyprus and overseas, and the wider public in Cyprus.
