Women’s Many Powers and Ways of Leadership

A Path for Creating Community

In this workshop together we explored women’s different powers and voices. We discussed how we can find our personal center of wisdom and how we can communicate better in our interpersonal relationships and with the other community.

We screened the movie: “Women of Cyprus” and created a space for dialogue on the Cyprus issue, where people did share their feelings, ideas and stories, and learnt from each other.

Women had the space to talk about topics that matter for them, learnt about personal and social rank and power and they explored their personal styles of leadership.

There were 12 participants from both communities. Workshop started at 09:30 and finished at 18:00. This workshop took place at Chateau status at Buffer Zone.
